Silky fava bean purée topped with blistered favas, crisp prosciutto shards, and a Chianti-balsamic reduction.

An ode to “Silence of the Lambs” — refined, savory, and just a touch sinister.

🥧 The Eyeball Pot Pie

Individual chicken pot pie with thyme-cream filling and a puff pastry “skin” baked with haunting little eyes.

Rustic elegance with a macabre wink.

🕸️ The Witch’s Cauldron

Roasted pumpkin risotto with charred rainbow carrots, blackened mushrooms, silky squash ribbons, crispy leeks, and toasted seeds — finished with a black balsamic “tar.”

A cauldron of molten gold and midnight ash — cozy, mysterious, and deeply autumnal.
