Menu:

Course 1: Welcoming Charcuterie

Chicken Liver Mousse, Country Style Pork Pate with Olive and Chervil, Lamb Rillettes, Mustard, Pickles, Jam, Cheeses

Course 2:  Salad

Baby lettuce, chicory and roasted fennel, sesame orange vinaigrette, pepitas, fried capers and Manchego

Course 3: Main (family style)
Kurobuta Pork Loin
- cider-brined and roasted with minted pear sauce  
Carrots and Turnips - sage, brown butter, lemon
Potatoes Boulangere - roasted with chicken stock, onions, garlic and thyme
Creamed Greens - spinach, kale, chard, garlic, shallot 

Course 4: Dessert

Cranberry Jubilee - Vanilla ice cream topped with a sweet cranberry sauce (with whole cranberries), whipped cream, lemon zest, roasted pistachio and warming spices or gingerbread crumbles
