Lauren Amos is the owner/operator of Elle's Kitchen, a Bristol, RI-based business that provides in-home raw bar services and unique seafood dining experiences.
Lauren grew up in Florida, where she developed a love for seafood. She brought that love with her when she moved to Rhode Island 17 years ago to attend and graduate from the Johnson & Wales culinary program.
After graduating with honors, Lauren cooked at a variety of restaurants, from fine dining in the heart of Providence to elevated bar food at a family entertainment center in Milford. It was during this time that Lauren fell in love with Rhode Island and its many culinary offerings.
When Lauren retired from the restaurant world to start her own business, she knew she wanted to incorporate as much of Rhode Island as possible into her menus, and as environmentally sustainable as possible. With that in mind, Elle's Kitchen was born. Now, Lauren can be found shucking oysters across the East Bay and Providence. She also offers private dining events, cooking classes, and other culinary experiences.

Elle's Kitchen is committed to providing fresh, local seafood that is both delicious and sustainable. Lauren and her team are passionate about using their skills to create memorable dining experiences for their guests.
